Order Processing Times

Please allow 1–3 business days to process and dispatch your order. Orders are considered shipped once handed to the courier. During peak seasons or holidays, processing may extend up to 7 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times

Delivery times vary by location and external factors. Once shipped, expect delivery within the following estimates:

  • 🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 7–12 Business Days

  • 🇺🇸 United States: 8–14 Business Days

  • 🇨🇦 Canada: 8–14 Business Days

Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or courier disruptions.

Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

Please ensure your shipping info is correct at checkout. If there’s an issue, our support team will reach out within 3 business days to confirm. If no response is received, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

For changes, contact us at customer-solynar@gmx.de within 24 hours of placing your order. While we’ll do our best, changes can’t be guaranteed after this period.

Once your order is handed to the courier, it is out of our control. If your package is lost or stolen:

  2. File a claim with your courier — they may have a recovery process.
